I started as a licensed nurse who never flew out. While my batchmates lined up for contracts abroad, I bet I could build a good life right here in Cebu. I was broke, and I got scammed early on. True story. It taught me to build instead of wait.
These days I run a few small businesses. Podcast Engineers is the one most people know, a team that quietly handles podcasts for creators around the world. There's also Pacific Living, Te'Amo Café with my wife Pia, and a few others I couldn't help but start. I haven't done any of it on my own. Good people run most of it day to day, and that's the whole point: building things that don't need me in the room.
The rest of my time goes to the stage and the road. Trainings and talks on money, leverage, and working less to earn more, plus a business podcast, The Big Picture PH, that I hosted for a good run. There's a fair bit of travelling and learning along the way. The goal under all of it is simple: financial freedom through business and real estate, and a life full enough to be worth the work. I just want more people to know they can build the same.

Action beats overthinking. Start before you feel ready.
Money's the scoreboard. Time and freedom are the win.
One direction under everything: build enough freedom to live fully, then help other people get there too. Roughly, the plan:
Travel, people, and the odd adventure. The whole point of building the freedom in the first place.
Getting the businesses to run without me. Better teams, better systems, fewer fires.
A few talks and trainings here and there, plus the occasional plane ticket out of town.
Chipping toward the next real-estate play. Slow and a little boring, the way it works.
